Betty has always been “that mom” – the one who always had fresh goodies coming out of the oven, who never showed up to a friend’s house without a plateful of home-baked treats, who always heard “that is the BEST cookie I ever ate!” Even as an attorney who successfully ran her own busy practice for years, Betty’s love of baking was never far from her heart. She decided to transfer from the courtroom to the “cookie room” and operated a successful artisan gourmet dessert catering business in New York, where the specialties were not just cookies but an array of delightful desserts. Her “Baby Pie” Thank You Favors and custom Dessert Tables became legendary, gracing venues from the rustic barns of the Hudson River Valley to the posh halls of New York City and Westchester County.
Newly transported and happily embracing life in Central Florida, Betty knew the best way to bid farewell to her New York dessert catering business was by bringing her beloved recipes with her. She’s delighted to offer all the New York favorites while also creating new, Florida-inspired treats like Key Lime Meringues, Vanilla Citrus Madeleines and Piña Colada Cocktail Cookies, just to name a few. Betty is excited to bring a touch of sweetness to Central Florida, continuing her tradition of crafting unforgettable desserts for every occasion.

Vivian plays an essential role in ensuring the success of every event. As our Event Coordinator, Vivian wears many hats, contributing her expertise and passion wherever and whenever needed, and ensuring that every detail is flawlessly executed.
Vivian’s talents extend to menu creation, where she collaborates closely with clients to craft personalized and delectable offerings. She is a gifted tablescape designer, ensuring that every dessert table is not only delicious but also visually stunning, complementing the overall theme and ambiance of each event.
